Called Council Meeting

December 22, 2008



Meeting called to order by Mayor Wayne Tipton.

Councilman Myrick made a motion to approve pay request No. 5 for the Drainage Improvements Alt 1 / Phase 1 J-20889.813 in the amount of $29,886.97 to J. Heirs Construction, Inc. with the stipulation that no other payments be made until the wing walls are installed and approved by the Engineer.   Councilman Strozier seconded the motion and it passed with three affirmative votes.

A motion to adjourn was made by Councilwoman Winn.  The motion was seconded by Councilman Myrick and it passed with three affirmative votes.
