Application & fees may be delivered to the Bloomingdale City Hall at #8 West Hwy 80, dropped in the mail drop box next to the drive-up window or mailed to P.O. Box 216, Bloomingdale, Ga. 31302.
DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION is 5:30pm on March 31, 2016.
Space is limited. After the application and fee is submitted you will be contacted with an acceptance or denial.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.) Vendor agrees to abide by all applicable laws, ordinances and regulations pertaining to health, fire prevention and public safety.
2.) Bloomingdale History Society reserves the right to deny sale of any items not deemed appropriate. Vendor is solely responsible for the collection and payment of any/all applicable sales tax.
3.) Vendor agrees to set up designated booth before 7:45am on Saturday April 2, 2016 and be open for business by 8:00am. The Vendor must remain open until 2:00pm. Vendors will be permitted to start setting up at 6:30am Saturday morning. The vendor area should be cleaned and left in the condition it was found. The vendor area should be cleared no later than 4:00pm.
4.) Vehicles are allowed in the vending area as close as possible to your booth during set-up times and must be moved to a designated parking area no later than 7:45am. There shall be NO parking in restricted areas.
5.) Vendors are responsible for maintaining a safe, clean and sanitary condition at all times. Vendors shall be responsible for removing any and all trash from their booth and surrounding area and disposing it in the designated recycling or trash container provided. NOTE: All large items, electronics and items not sold MUST be removed by the vendor.
6.) Vendor agrees to stock sufficient inventory, supplies or commodities to fill their table. Vendor understands that there is in no way a guarantee of sales during the event.
7.) Vendors with children- all parents shall supervise or provide adult supervision for their children. Parents shall be responsible for any damages to persons/property caused by lack of supervision. Vendors found having unattended children will be asked to leave the event and will not be invited back. If you cannot comply with this rule, please do not apply for space.
8.) Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Bloomingdale History Society and City of Bloomingdale, its presenters, agents and employees from any and all claims, causes of action suits, damages, theft, injuries and losses to any person or goods arising out of or in any way connected with the renting of space in the event. Vendor agrees that this is intended to be a full and final compromise and release of any claims, demands, causes, actions and causes of actions known or unknown.
9.) Bloomingdale History Society will not be liable for refunds or any other liabilities whatsoever for the disruption of the event due to reason of enclosure in which the event is to be produced, being before or during the festival, destroyed by fire or other calamity, or by any Act of God (including but not limited to weather), public enemy, strikes, statutes, or any other cause. Bloomingdale History Society has the option to cancel the event by March 31, 2016 and will return 100% of booth fees to exhibitors if cancelled.
10.) Vendor agrees to maintain the dignity and integrity of Bloomingdale History Society and will not perform any acts of a harmful nature. Bloomingdale History Society reserves the sole right to ask any vendor or its associates to leave the event that they feel are not acting in the best interest of the event.
11.) Vendor understands that upon confirmation and payment, vending booth fees are non-refundable.
12.) Sales or Distribution of the following items will be strictly prohibited: Illegal Substances such as drugs or drug paraphernalia, Alcoholic beverages, Animals / pets, Guns, or other mechanical weaponry - No WEAPONS may be sold whatsoever.
13.) Vendor agrees that any photographs taken during the event may be used for promotional or informational purposes in brochures, website and newsletters. Vendor agrees that the uses of any photos are to be without compensation to participant of any kind.
14.) This agreement constitutes the entire contract between Bloomingdale History Society and the vendor. No changes shall be valid unless agreed to by both parties in writing.

THIS APPLICATION SHALL NOT BE A BINDING CONTRACT UNTIL THIS PAGE OF THE APPLICATION HAS BEEN SIGNED BY BOTH THE VENDOR AND AN AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE OF BLOOMINGDALE HISTORY SOCIETY SPRING MARKET
